So I pretty much just sat down tonight and wrote the damn thing and it's so long! I haven't written a fanfic this long since...since...I don't know when, but why is this so long? Anyway, you know who to blame this insanity on...

*TOTAL FANGASM/HAS BEEN WAITING FOR A 4851 FIC* OMG, I have to tell you something...I saw a spoiler for chapter 189 and went, 'oh, since Sho-chan was the first person I wanted to pair Spanner with, I'll write a fic now.' And I was all 'this is kinda hard,' and then I SEE THIS. AND 8DDDDDD,flkjahdfkjlsdhf OH MY GOD I LOVE YOU. This made me hella happy, like you don't know.

AND I THOUGHT THEY WERE PERFECTLY IC!!! AHHH!!! SO MUCH OF THIS FIC IS WIN/LOVE!!! The garden sex, the mechy/techy phraseology, the 4827 mention...JUST....AHHH!!!!!!!! OH MY GOD, THIS COULD NOT HAVE COME AT A BETTER TIME! ajdlfkjdf, HOMG YES, Spanner/Shouichi!!!!! OOOOHHHH they need more love...together...Okay, yeah I'm just really happy right now...even if the ending was kinda like 'OH NO YOU DIDN'T, Spanner!' XDDD

I WOULD NEVER HAVE THOUGHT OF THIS IF IT WEREN'T FOR THELOVEMAFIA'S RANDOM POST ABOUT THE SPOILERS AND I WAS LIKE "HOLY CRAP, I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING WITH THIS" But it was ridiculously hard to do and it's surprisingly long for me and I was all "HOW AM I EVER GOING TO FINISH THIS?!?!" and then it was done and I wished I had written more...

GARDEN SEX IS JUST AWESOME! I had to think really hard about where to stage that, actually, so it wasn't stupid like, you know, a broom closet or something...4827 IS SO CANON AND NOW 4851 IS KINDA CANON TOO so I couldn't help referencing the other. Plus I liked writing Shou-chan getting pissed off, so that was really all the point there was to that XDDD

I totally thought 4851 (or Spanichi like dame_bastie said XDD) would catch on after that one chapter before the 4827 fighting, but it DIDN'T and I was all, 'LOLZ, I'm just perverted...' But haha, thank god for the random postage and your laspe of madness and...GAH!!!

Well, Spanner had only been around for one chapter then. But after the 4827 explosion, I think we all pretty much know the capabilities of Spanner to be in sex fics. I might have to write more of this pairing at some point...

This was really so much fun to write; I'm glad you gave me the idea! Originally I was going to be more smutty with it, but it didn't quite fit with the tone of the story for there to a random sex scene (though I really wanted to write on! *laughs*)

I hear the Brits breed fanboys to start at an early age *grins* No, I really don't know. I just figured it was more IC for Spanner to know Japanese than for Shouichi to know English...

I just read translations for this chapter on mangahelpers.com and when Tsuna is talking, Spanner says something that sounds like he thinks more than one person is talking to him. Schizophrenic, perhaps? But definitely crazy XD

Originally I thought that Tsuna would be in a Mosca somewhere watching this unfold (in the same vein of SMUT), the young voyeur that he is XD *laughs* I almost wrote that in, but I'm glad now that I didn't. The story works better the way it is.

I like 4827 and 10051. I've written both on a few occasions; more 10051 than 4827, but they're both really cool, aren't they? As well as remarkably canon ;)
