Last week dad got me a smoothie, but he called it a slurpie, so the lady made me a slushie. We went back and I said "oh, my dad said slurpie but he really meant smoothie," and the lady said she would redo it. Today I was walking home when I saw this lady screaming at her dog..she was speaking to it in a super nasty tone like it was the dirt under her shoes (it wasn't obeying her, but that's still no way to treat a dog). I dealt with the WORST customer I have ever come across today. She's never pleasant to begin with, but today..ugh. She had 10 books and like usual the 11th one was free, which I put to the side. Today was my last day with AmeriCorps. :( Good thing I can still volunteer! They had a smoothie party for me today haha. It was so nice.
