Such a mess in the Town, now. Though the opportunity to determine the composition of the building materials was appreciated. There is nothing of note to explain there, unfortunately. It took me a week to gather all of those samples, a week, and they just disappear?! How am I supposed to get any sort of reconnaissance from that! Heh. Now this is a much better climate. It's much easier to preserve things in this.

I'm not so sure it is so wise to be taking Santa Claus' job from him though. As far as the information I have goes...he's probably a bit touchy about that. But who knows. This Island has been rather creative in its experiments so far.
