I keep replaying Carly Smithson...

...and I can't stop grinning. Seriously, man. Like, my mouth corners are sore. *L* She kicked ass and had an absolute blast doing it. I love girls with big voices. (Apparently so does Andrew Lloyd Webber. He was fun!)

Um, what else? Keeping with the TV theme, I'll be working Thursday night when SPN FINALLY returns. Arrrrrgggggghhhhhhh.  ( Read more... )

My mom always used to say that getting old was hell and I never really understood what she meant. Yet, every day it becomes clearer.

*hugs*

I developed allergies when I was twenty-five. OMG OUTRAGED. I didn't even KNOW you could develop allergies later in life like that.

But honestly, I've had asthma all my life and it's never stopped me from exercising or doing anything else I want to do. Just remember to carry the inhaler.

I've had to hit it twice at work (during hot, stressful moments), but aside from that, I'm not feeling affected by it. It's more psychological: I have to manage a chronic illness? WTF?

I am feeling a little less o.O about it as days pass.

Thank you.

I'm 36, and right there with you -- aging sucks. (I know, consider the alternative, right?)

I figure the only proper response is to become ornery. We can sit on the porch together, smoking our corncob pipes and shaking our canes at the young whippersnappers who tresspass on the lawn. "Blasted kids!"

Argh. Sorry about the asthma. It won't sabotage it, you'll be feeling better and then will want to exercise. (I'm moving into that stage of life myself and it worries me I don't exercise enough. 40's getting closer in the headlights. *drags heels, goes kicking and screaming*)

Having to work during SPN kinda sucks too.

Don't wait! Do it now! That's my best advice.
