I like how you think.

You mean obsessive? Somewhat delusional? ;-)

Btw, I looooooved your Ten cut-out that you set up at EGTs! I was in hysterics over the picture, especially because it was hard to determine at first that it WAS a cut-out!

It was darned fun playing with the lighting so he looked slightly *less* two-dimensional. :D

Love the list and the logic!!!

I hadn't heard about the SJA thing. Is that going to be Ten or Eleven?

I know I already replied to this in email but I love it so much I can't resist replying here too. I'm right there with you in lala land 'cause I'm already hoping this will happen. Hopefully someone will catch me when I inevitably fall back to reality. LOL.

Also, I think your logic is perfectly sound. :)

LaLa Land is a lovely place to reside. I just wish I could wholly convince myself that this was probable! I think the odds of us seeing DT as the Doctor again is quite likely. The extent to which that happens (a whole episode vs. a flashback or Children in Need 10 min special) is what's debatable. *sigh*

It IS rather lovely here isn't it? More people should move here - anything is possible.

I do hope it ends up being a whole episode at least but I imagine it will be a while before they do anything like that. They'll want to make sure eleven is firmly established first.

They'll want to make sure eleven is firmly established first.

Yes, I 100% agree. It wouldn't really be fair to Matt Smith if DT was still floating about and stealing the DW fan's concentration and attention. He deserves the chance to grow into the role. In many ways, DT lucked out in inheriting the role from an actor who didn't want anything to do with the BBC, because it kept CE completely out of the picture while fans adjusted to DT.

...

Boy, do I miss CE.

Finally reading this, and I like the way you think too.

As for #2...HAVE you seen the new Star Trek yet? Just out of curiousity. Because that would create an interesting comparative argument...just saying ;)

I do need to get caught up on SJA. I think I've watched the first 2 stories of Series 2, but with DT coming, I certainly need to watch S3 as it airs. *sigh*

Anyway, good stuff!

Nope, haven't seen the Star Trek movie yet. I'm not allowed to go see any movies until I take Pookie to see the Hannah Montana movie. The world will absolutely explode if she doesn't see that movie soon! ;-)

I'm interested in your thoughts about the comparison, though! Do I need to watch the movie first in order to compare notes, or is it something you can tell me without my having seen it?

I can tell you, but it's pretty spoilery for the movie...totally your call though! I don't know if you plan/want to see it or not!

Ugh - temptation! ;-) Nah, better wait in this case. I'm sure I'll be seeing the movie this summer.
