As I just learned today I went down a WHOLE dress size. Whoa. Major improvements already. Today, for once, I felt so beautiful. It bought tears to my eyes (literally). Back to the gym I go on Monday. And yes after much thought & consideration I'm going to give the Atkins diet a shot. It's time to get super serious. Crunch time.

After I left work I went home and had my leftover pasta from Cheesecake Factory. There was some grilled chicken in there & it was soooo good. After that I waited for about an hour and then headed to the gym. Spent 1 hour & 15 minutes there. Good times ( Read more... )
