340 Calories = One peanut butter & jelly sandwhich on whole wheat bread

0 Calories = Strawberries & a peach

Calories (so far) for today = 490

310 Calories to go.

Hrm. What should I have for dinner?? A big salad, maybe?

Going to the gym after class tonight. I'll be there for about an hour & a half. I want to break a good sweat.
