I saw that too and it got a "what the fuck!?" out of me as well. Don't blanketly blame breeders, though. I plan on breeding even more due to news stories like this. My kids who will play tag, and tackle football will be rolling in lunch money by the time they start school.

Oh, don't get me wrong-some of my best friends are breeders. It's not that I think all breeders are this kind of idiot, but more that all of this kind of idiot are breeders.
