Obviously. It stands to reason.

We all know that the different human languages were imposed on us when God had one of his characteristic divine hissy fits (for which we love and fear him dearly) and destroyed the Tower of Babel. I do not know if Afrikaans really developed from Dutch, but I can give you an advice, read Darwin, Darwin wrote about evolution of languages that actually happens on daily basis, and from this evolution of languages via evolution of geological structures he came to evolution of species. Think of this. And read Darwin before you ask questions like.:Language developed? Be sure it did. Do you happen to know in what English sentence you are allowed to say "HE BE" somewhere in the middle? do you know the name of this piece of grammar, do you know how seldom is this grammar used today?.Some grammatical features disappear and some new com...LANGUAGES DO DEVELOP.

Why would I read your Darwin? He is obviously WRONG! Only one book gives us sure and certain knowledge, and that is the Bibble - which is God's REVEALED WORD. I KNOW this be TRUE because it has been revealed to us in the one true, inerrant record of divine truth - the Bibble. If your Darwin disagrees with the TRUTH of the Bibble, then he is in error, and it were better his books were never written. (Failing that, we should pile them up in a huge mound and BURN them ( ... )
