Community Icontest!

I think it's time to have a official Community icon, so I thought -why not create a contest for it? X) I KNOW some of our members here are icon makers. 8D /shot for lurking.
Winners will get:
First place: You get to choose May's theme. ♥ (If we are having 2 themes that month, you get to choose two themes.)
Second place: 1 FREE application. Meaning, you get to post 1 application without the need to vote at all.
Third place: 3 free votes. Meaning you only have to vote for 2 applications before posting yours!
All winners will also get a banner from me as well. ^^
Rules:
■ Icons must fit LJ standards, 100x100 & 40KB or less. No explict content.
■ Only official anime/manga images are allowed. I'm allowing the use of CG(s) for series like La corda d oro, Starry Sky, Hakuouki etc. Series like Persona 3, Kingdom Hearts, Tales of the Abyss are also allowed as they have their own official anime or manga.
■ The icon must have the word general_anirate or General Anirate in it.
■ Do not post or showcast the icon you entered before the voting post goes up.
■ Lastly, you may submit up to 2 icons. ^^
