Yup, I truly agreed with you. You got to have alot of faith & pride to do it. But am I missing something here? He kept saying "they are things that I decided upon on my own, and that is what I want to protect.". He mentioned "things".. he meant there are others than his life he is protecting. But I am hands up for he saying that "nor do he believe the surrounding is necessary". Fate is there but it is how we ourselves decide which path to take & how to overcome it. Many people always said "It is fate that I am liked this". I agreed with Gakuto that it is not true. We are responsible for our life. We choose the path we want to take. Once we decide, even if it is the wrong path, we DECIDE. No regret. Ever since I read your postings about what Gakuto said about "planning, dreams & trying our best". I have set a plan of what I want to be & I am working hard to achieve it, along with Gakuto, you and all DEARS. I known then I wasn't alone. I have you guys. Thanks so much for your translation. I love his answer to the last question...I can relate very strongly to that. Personal responsibility and personal authenticity are very important things to me.

I saw some episodes of Gundam Wing long ago on Cartoon Network, but never really got into it. I think I should've watched it subbed. ^^ I really want to watch Mobile Suit Gundam though. :D

I agree with you, and I love his commitment to following his own way of living. You're right, being your own person can be pretty hard when you are pressured by outside forces to act in certain ways. And Gackt has always succeeded in remaining true to himself. I wish I could live my life in the same way. Knowing Gackt makes me try my best to do that.
