*glomps* I love your translations!
that last part about protecting his way of life.... *_*
I really love that about Gackt. He's not pressured by his environment to be/think/act a certain way. He formed his own ideas and way of life, instead of adopting others. People arent computers when we experiance something the significance is different for everyone. We shouldnt be told how to think and feel. I think being your own person prolly one of the hardest thing for so many people to do. And something I totally relate with him on. When I started questioning faith nobody really gave me a straight answer. So when I was 12 I decided beliefs were something I had to come up with in otherwise they couldnt be "my beliefs". I didnt realize til later that was a pretty profound ideal to have cuz it seems like when people become adults they dont ask why anymore. Its easy to conform to the masses, but its very hard to be your own person. And it really does need protecting against all the people that are hostile towards those who dont share their ideals. Even for an atheist to discriminate against a non atheist is wrong. Imposing beliefs on someone is just pure arogance. I have never felt that Gackt forces his way of life and his beliefs onto people. He leaves his work openended for people to form their own opinions. He doenst need everything to be understood, he doesnt go around saying this song means this, and you have to think that way otherwise its wrong. He just merely wants to be able to express himself. Its really a beautiful and admirable quality.

Thanks for reading them! ^^

I agree with you, and I love his commitment to following his own way of living. You're right, being your own person can be pretty hard when you are pressured by outside forces to act in certain ways. And Gackt has always succeeded in remaining true to himself. I wish I could live my life in the same way. Knowing Gackt makes me try my best to do that.
