Thanks! I've been determined not to get sick! I had a sinus thing last week, but it's better for now.

Send that extra pant material to me. I buy talls and then they shrink up and then they're too short. I need a 32" inseam after washing and drying and shrinking. I'm lucky to find "tall" pants with a 31" inseam. I don't even bother buying long sleeves women's blouses. I just buy men's oxfords if I want long sleeves. I hate being tall.

The dress sounds like it's coming along. My sister makes Renaissance dresses complete with beading and embroidery so I know how much detail and much work goes into making something like that.

The dress is indeed coming along and it is a lot of work. Hopefully it will turn out wonderful and be all worth it in the end.

We are crashing at a friend's place. We had a hotel room, but it was almost as far away as our friend's place, so we decided to save some money. And the hotel room came in handy for a last minute guest.
