One Week
So it's been about a week since I started taking seroquel, and...I dunno how I feel about it. Mixed, I guess. It's helping with anxiety in that I'm not acting anxious. Problem is, I'm still thinking anxious thoughts. I just end them all with, "There's nothing I can do". For some reason, I don't think this is an upgrade ( Read more... ) -

I don't really know what to post about exactly, I just feel sorta like I should after a week. Been away cause things sorta went to the dogs (again) last week and I was too pissed off to post. Wow, so, this day just took a turn for the worst. My mom has her boyfriend over and I asked her to help me with putting the sheets on my bed in my room, and that simple question turned into her getting mad at me, telling me I'm not worth anything and that I can't figure out anything for myself ( Read more... ) -
