Increased mean time between updates
I don't update this LJ much anymore, but that doesn't mean nothing's going on. Artist's block
I've had an awful case of artist's block. Haven't drawn jack shit in > 3 years. It's not that I can't come up with new ideas, I get ideas all the time. It's just that I draw so slowly that I can't in good conscience justify the allocation of that much time to another hobby. Low on the totem pole
I'm working on/bitching about a project. This project is very frustrating because Big Company's lawyers ate up all our development time by sitting on papers for months on end. The Happy Plateau
I've been on a health and exercise kick for the last six months. I've always had the motivation to exercise, but I've had to make great strides towards eating reasonably. These lifestyle changes have done wonders for my body, mood, and energy levels. I enjoy the routine now, and I plan on sticking with the general idea of staying fit and lean ( Read more... ) -
Weight bullshit again

Romantic music, and blogging
The "serious" new symphonic compositions, at least those that I've heard, sound weird. Stuff that's non-tonal-centric, melodies so complex that they are unmemorable, unpredictable structure, often pretentious-sounding.
