Rose of Sharon.

i really want to say this is a rose of sharon, but i'm not totally sure.

It's a double Rose of Sharon, Hibiscus syriacus, aka one type of hardy hibiscus.

Althea double flowered. Normally sterile unlike the single flowered one.

Looks like a Rose of Sharon. I have one and love it.
