I had hoped to have a few days out and about this week, however it's not worked out like that at all. On Monday it was cold and wet and blowing a gale so I stayed in. I got to look at my grandparents entry in the marriage registry which was really amazing although pretty emotional. I also got lots of census information which I need to look over properly. And! I also found the details of burial for my great-grandparents on my mother's father's side. You know, the awkward side I've not been able to find anything on at all. I'll have to go and find the grave site and see if it has a gravestone with more information on for me.
I tried the Navigation thing quite a while ago but it just said it didn't have data for my area. I think it was about this time last year, so they've obviously extended to cover the UK now as well as the US.
The book I'm taking on holiday with me is the Spellwright one. I'm really impatient to start it. I'm feeling okay now, I didn't feel too bad yesterday either, just tired.

That's brilliant that you found their entry in the marriage registry. It does seem like it would be emotional though. Yay for getting all that census info too, but omgYAY for finding the burial details! That's so wonderful. I hope the grave gives you some leads.
Yay also for Navigation extending its coverage! About time too. Most fortuitous that it was in time for your holiday.
I'm v glad you're feeling better now. Spellwright looks quite interesting so I've requested it at the liberry. :)
