I got a rather nice surprise in the post a couple of days ago: some Lego-compatible dinosaurs, courtesy of hobbitblue. I intended to take just two photos of the dinos, one before and one after construction to put on Instagram but I got a bit carried away... Which is easily done where Lego is involved.

I met up with hobbitblue at the weekend. I think she was concerned that I may be running out of reading material so she offered me some books that she was getting rid of. We have a similarish taste in books but even so, I didn't expect that I'd want very many of them. I got a couple though:

I had hoped to have a few days out and about this week, however it's not worked out like that at all. On Monday it was cold and wet and blowing a gale so I stayed in.
