Gail is seated at Ascendancy, seemingly waiting for someone to arrive. From the bags under her eyes and her general posture, it's all but obvious that she hasn't been sleeping very well. When her coffee comes, she seems particularly grateful for it. 

Ugh, I've been having so much trouble sleeping restfully lately...I'm loathe to start using medication, but nothing I've tried is working. Don't suppose anybody knows of any way to deal with this sort of thing?
