What do you do if...?
I found out 12 days ago that the owners of the company I work for were major sponsors of a 5K run named for a local man who was killed in action in Afghanistan. The run was organized by the man's fiancee and family and benefited children with sever speech problems. Running to oblivion
Last night I FINALLY reached my running goal of 60 minutes non-stop.
No intervals/walking during the run. Just the warm-up and cool-down.
About 7 miles.
Yikes!
