I am super proud of myself, I have successfully been vegan for a month. This was my original cutting off point, I was thinking I'd attempt it for a month and then go back to being simply vegetarian. So I have successfully made it through 3 vegan weeks, and am 3 days away from my fourth. Being vegan is nowhere near as hard as I thought it would be. The only two things I miss extremely are chocolate and ice cream.
