The weekend got off to a horrible start with a trip to the E.R. (and yes, that is the third trip in the past two months for those keeping track at home). I started feeling a little sick on Thursday but really didn't think too much of it. I felt fine most of Friday so I had wrote it off completely. Then I started to feel sick again Friday night. At least I have the bird flu and not SARS - SARS is very 2004 and I don't like feeling behind when it comes to fad epidemics.

I agree with that comparison (or IAWTC, if you like).

frankly, if you had sars, hun, i'd fucking let you die. it'd be a bit like discovering that you really like jimmy eat world.

in fact, let's say x=y on a scale in which = simply means relative to inability to effect z, with z being any fucking thing that matters.
