I still have my flat in London. It hasn't made me any money over the years, but the rent has covered the mortgage and it has gained some equity, although that has taken a hit in the last year or so.

The current tenant found himself on medical disabilty a few months back and stopped paying the rent, despite assistance from the housing department of

UGH! Everyone's worst landlord nightmare. How can people live like that? Just vile. At least it's all fixable, and it's only stuff. Just remember, it's only stuff...
