The flu shot I got on Tuesday seems to be making me feel like crap, so I'm going to brighten my day by sharing some of my favorite pictures taken on my camera phone!

So sweet. Fred makes me sad and I want to adopt him, but I'm too far and my cats don't like other cats.

Fred is a sweetheart. The woman who works there, Debbie, yearns to take him home, but she has a cat who's a bully towards other male cats. I'd love to take him home, too, but I don't think we could afford having two cats with chronic health problems... Also, he is very strong (you can't tell how large he is from the picture) and I wouldn't be able to pick him up, ever. But he does get a TON of love at the center. Debbie's there twice a day to give him his insulin and is often there more frequently; I'm there twice a week, and he's definitely one of the cats I make sure to spend a lot of time with.
