That was the first binder I had; it did have superior binding power, but it can get very uncomfortable and too restrictive. I also found, after a while, a crease formed in right under the breast line (I think this is more of an issue when you have a bit of weight on you).
Even so, in your case, if you still wanted it, go for the small - it'll bind better. It'll be uncomfortable for a short while until you break it in.

I used to use T-kingdom 1480 before having top surgery. Binding power is acceptable, although I didn't get completely flat (I was approx. a B cup). It will look as if you have pecs. I found it quite comfortable to wear and "breathable". Pay attention to the size when you order though, since Asian sizes are smaller. Over time, the elastic strap will become loose. What I did was shorten the strap and make it fit again. I didn't have the crease like the one the other poster mentioned though. As for washing, I wash them by hand, and they last for about 1.5-2 years (I had 2 that I took turns wearing everyday).
