so my binder is hurting my back a bit, I think I need to buy the next size up. But it's also sticking out just a bit at the front, you can tell I have something under my shirt and it looks odd. Which makes it seem big. Is this maybe the type of binder? Mine's a mid-length velcro. 

I have been thinking of binding, flip flopping on the subject because I'm not sure which method is the best and more importantly the safest. I have heard horror stories from people who binded too tightly, I lean more toward not getting the best look (flat like a cis guy) but the safest way to achieve a chest that looks like a cis heavy guy's chest ( Read more... )
