I'll be honest -- the reference to Snow not liking pie in Chapter 13 was definitely a set up for the cream pie doube entendre in Chapter 17. I know it wasn't subtle, but...when I wrote it, it cracked me up. Just the image of Sazh trying not to completely lose it at a table as Hope repeatedly asked him to explain why 'cream pie' was funny just tickled me ( ... )
