Just a few minutes ago, Saddam Hussein was hanged, the sentence of the Iraqi court carried out in an undisclosed location near Baghdad. This man, this brutal tyrant ruled over his nation with an iron fist for nearly a quarter century, and now his era has come to a final, definitive end. Now this well and truly rocks. Powerful, with a good message without being preachy or partisan. A bit on the long side, but totally worth the time.

Put in my lease today, the new place will be at 310 E Michigan here in Urbana. We'll see how this all goes. The expected move in date is thursday after work, if anybody feels like lending a hand drop me a line as I could use the bodies. Otherwise, things are going well, all things considered. Well, I got my jacket back, Andrew and I went over there on Sunday and reclaimed it. He gave it up without comment. Since Friday he's realized that if he pushes, I'll push back and that in the end, he looses. From the look of him, he's pretty much broken, which is sad, but it's his own damn fault.
