Moved out
Many thanks to all those who came by my (now) old place and helped me get my stuff out of there. Also thanks to Mr. Ward for allowing me the use of his garage for a few weeks to store all my big things, and to Ella for putting me and my cat up until I find a new place. Now I just need to find a new place, and do this again, only this time not moving in with a piece of maggot excrement.
A question. I know that a really cool jacket of mine was left there, it was a gift, and I want it back. Should I go over there with friends and demand it, or wait until I can talk to the landlord, and see if he will let me into the duplex to recover it that way?
Anyway, it's mostly over now, and I'm glad to be out.
