Tv whore

I've seen Black Swan which I didn't like much*, but I didn't expect to. I gave it a try but I guess I just know myself too well.

Television is so much better than most of the movies, especially the movies there's a big fuss about.

I've decided to save the last three episodes of The Wire for a time when I will be ready to say goodbye to that brilliant ( Read more... )

Ha, Mr Posh and I still say sheeeeeeeeeet to each other. It's a great word! Lie to Me is another show where actors from other shows (definitely including The Wire) drop by. Marlo comes right to mind, but I know there were others too.

Have fun in Morocco!!!

Clay Davis is just so despicable, but his "sheeeeeeeeet" is unforgettable!

Kima and Burrel were in two episodes of The Good Wife I watched the same evening.

Hopefully Morocco won't have its revolution next week...

Sounds like there were demonstrations in Morocco today...

Stay safe!

Yep, the characters are what make The Wire and its scope and political sensibility, too.

I know. My mother is starting to freak out, but I don't think it's dangerous really.

I will miss your birthday. :- (

I've been a fan of The Good Wife since its inception. But darn it, watching TV seems to be losing its 'joy' for me.

The Good Wife isn't masterpiece but it's good television and it usually avoids "the easy road" so many network shows often take.

I am not interested in Peter's plot much (may it stay peripherical!)but Cummin's character, Eli Gold, is a lot of fun; Kalinda could have been a walking cliché but she turned out to be a refreshing character and I adore Diane's laugh. At this point, Diane is probably my favourite character. And damn, Josh Charles has aged very well since the Dead Poets Society! I didn't think I related to Alicia much but I might be nursing a crush on Will actually...

Everybody is well cast, except for that guy playing Blake, and who was Clarice's husband on Caprica and whom I already didn't like on Caprica!
