The great schedule from last week got all messed up because of Hurricane Sandy, but we are thankful there wasn't much damage around here. The New England Conservatory Brando clips and live music event has been rescheduled to January. Some of the other canceled events have been rescheduled as well ( Read more... )

I've often accused Northeastern University of being a bit stingy with their free film offerings -- hard to find on the calendar, not publicized, etc. But they make up for it by offering a Halloween night lecture on the 100th anniversary of Dracula followed by *three* simultaneous screenings of Dracula films.
