We're off to Campbelltown (in far western Sydney for those of you who don't know) for a naming ceremony today for a very special little girl. Back from Sydney and a fabulous weekend with P, the wonderful gryff_lionheart and her weaselfetishAm v. tired as bus trip home took almost 5 hours instead of the usual 3 and a bit due to a nasty accident on the highway. *sigh* At least we got home ( Read more... )

A bright spot appeared last night in that P got his leave approved for a couple of days in August. So I've now booked the coast house for us at Dalmeny I usually stay at with the girlies.

So, yay we're off to the coast for a long weekend on the 7th August. :) We also have a Sydney trip to see S organised for the weekend of 25th July.

Happy days.

Was a good weekend.

Friday night was our thank you dinner for the Pheno Org's and volunteers and their partners (cos if their partners didn't let us have them, Pheno wouldn't happen.) Weekend was good, caught up with S for dinner on Saturday as she was in town for the weekend.
