I can't believe it is Autumn already!  Of course it doesn't much feel like it here.  Though they tell me the winters in this part of Afghanistan are a little like Virginia, just a bit milder.

Wow!  Our covenor, Meadow's husband (who is not Wiccan/Pagan) is a very talented carpenter.  He got a notion to build the coven a new altar.  Our old one was a slab of granite shelf on top of a cut-off chunk of tree which, over the past five years has become a home for a large population of various insects and was really about to fall over.  Okay, ( Read more... )

Congratulations to Sky (Skye?  Didn't ask.  Oops!) on her 1st degree initiation!  Well deserved.  The ritual was beautiful, the weather was perfect for a skyclad work, and everything went wonderfully - except the mead ran out too soon.
