When he isn't battling he's constantly flitting around and looking at anything new. He can't perch on Naoto's shoulder/head anymore, because he's nearly as tall as she is and simply adores her hat. He hates missing anything going on and so, hates being in his Pokéball. Now that he has a hat of his "own" he's always wearing it, and since he's evolved, it fits a little better but not perfectly. Naoto has finally convinced him to remove it during battles. He thinks flying is amazing and is also big enough to carry Naoto so he can counter Marple's abductions.

Notes: Egg found on Christmas morning and Naoto has been doing her best to keep it warm. Hatched Dec 30th. She named him after Philip Marlowe. He's got spirit, and isn't always obedient, especially when he thinks he's been insulted or gets angry. He's a good battler though, if a little unorthodox. He worried Naoto for a while when he suddenly stopped training and started meditating a lot, but she respected his decision and that was what helped him push to evolution on Feb 20th. He started training again after, pleased with his new form.

Naoto takes the best care of her that she can, and avoids putting her in the box if at all possible.

She matured a little since evolving to her final form but not as much as Naoto would have hoped.

He judges people entirely on first impressions, but he's very loyal to people he does like, and especially Naoto. He strongly dislikes Marple, to the point of sometimes trying to use Rock Throw on her when they're both out. Hercule actually wants to evolve, but he heard the 'learn moves faster' bit and decided he needed better moves to keep Marple under control so he asked to put off evolving for a while too. After Marple's abduction he decided he needed to be heavier instead. Now that he's fully leveled, Hercule is happy to stay in the box so Naoto can train the rest of her team. He's been pushing to evolve lately so Naoto is looking for someone to do a temporary trade with. She makes sure to take him out of the box for a little while each day whenever possible.

Notes: Encountered 8/13 outside Cherrygrove at Lv. 10. Evolved 9/6 at level 28. Marple was somewhat larger than the average Drifloon and is now a larger than average Drifblim, and is now able to lift Naoto completely off the ground. After several attempts to spirit Naoto away and multiple hat thefts, Naoto caught her out of sheer frustration. Marple remains determined to kidnap Naoto even after capture, and will try to drag her away or steal her hat when out. She likes to play pranks and spends time carefully planning them. Marple enjoys late twilight and early dawn the most because the half-light plays tricks on the eyes. Now that her abduction has failed, Marple isn't sure she wants to try again. She may be slightly worried that she'll get abandoned for the stunt. Marple got put in the box almost as soon as she reached level 100 and is the boxed Pokémon to be taken out the least. Still, Naoto is sure to bring her out for at least a few minutes every day when they are near a computer.

Notes: Caught on Dec 1 in the late afternoon. Naoto was very surprised to see one and her first instinct was "Catch it! Catch it now!" The Skarmory probably would have fought harder, but she has developed a liking for Watson. Naoto had difficulties coming up with a name, but finally decided on Eileen, after one of Agatha Christie's characters. Eileen is very mild-mannered and curious. She's not particularly fond of fighting, but but does like vigorous exercise so since the two are often combined won't object to training. She may have romantic designs on Watson, but he seems oblivious. Naoto is very pleased to finally have a Pokémon that isn't weak to ice, since all the rest share that weakness. Since Eileen is fully leveled, she spends a lot of time in the box now so that the rest of Naoto's team can get training. Naoto still brings her out regularly anyway to socialize and play.

Notes: Evolved Dec 15th. Caught on Dec 2nd, though caught is a misnomer. During Naoto's misadventures trying to deal with all the water in the cave (using her Drifblim and birds to float over it, mostly) a HUGE Magikarp leaped up and knocked her free, right into the whirlpool. Luckily several Dratini and a Dragonair came to her rescue and got her to shore. Bao Zheng was one of the larger Dratini and decided to stay with her because he'd never seen anyone without a water-type make it so far into the Den. He's very forward and philosophical, with a good dose of curiosity. Naoto's intelligence and creativity impress him and make him want to know more about her. She decided to name him after the main character in a Chinese detective novel.

Notes: Caught on Dec 1 in the late afternoon. Naoto was very surprised to see one and her first instinct was "Catch it! Catch it now!" The Skarmory probably would have fought harder, but she has developed a liking for Watson. Naoto had difficulties coming up with a name, but finally decided on Eileen, after one of Agatha Christie's characters. Eileen is very mild-mannered and curious. She's not particularly fond of fighting, but but does like vigorous exercise so since the two are often combined won't object to training. She may have romantic designs on Watson, but he seems oblivious. Naoto is very pleased to finally have a Pokémon that isn't weak to ice, since all the rest share that weakness. Since Eileen is fully leveled, she spends a lot of time in the box now so that the rest of Naoto's team can get training. Naoto still brings her out regularly anyway to socialize and play.

Notes: Evolved Dec 15th. Caught on Dec 2nd, though caught is a misnomer. During Naoto's misadventures trying to deal with all the water in the cave (using her Drifblim and birds to float over it, mostly) a HUGE Magikarp leaped up and knocked her free, right into the whirlpool. Luckily several Dratini and a Dragonair came to her rescue and got her to shore. Bao Zheng was one of the larger Dratini and decided to stay with her because he'd never seen anyone without a water-type make it so far into the Den. He's very forward and philosophical, with a good dose of curiosity. Naoto's intelligence and creativity impress him and make him want to know more about her. She decided to name him after the main character in a Chinese detective novel.

Her new name is Agatha, after Agatha Christie, and it happened when Naoto was discussing detective fiction with a Nurse Joy. Agatha decided she liked that name and after a comedy of charades, told Naoto. Agatha loves to chew on hair.
