He grinned at the feel the blond clinging to his back. After the initial startle the kid had been more than happy to be there. In fact, he was dead certain he'd heard some laugher. He was glad though, better for the guy to be enjoying himself than terrified.

Especially after the cliff jump he'd done.

To that, there was either freaking or calm, and Spike had thankfully vouched for calm, though the guy had smacked the back of his head surprisingly hard in rebuke.

He was still smarting from that, but that was okay, because he was having fun.
