Some baby stuff

I had a really productive weekend. I did a lot of cleaning, and a lot of baby-room prep. I moved the bookshelves and desk out of what will become the nursery into other parts of the house. All that remains to be moved out is the futon, but I think I'll leave it in there for a bit longer, as we'll have several overnight guests in July and August,

Fabulous! Please post pictures of both the nursery and your growing belly!! It's hard to live so far away and not be able to be with you as you go through this awesome process- so we NEED pictures!!

Sounds like everything is going well! I'm so happy and excited for you- wooooo!! I totally agree about the rug and futon. Very smart. Having to clean a rug late in your pregnancy when you can't bend over easily seems like asking for frustration. Yours is a much better solution :D

Okay, holy crap. This is what I miss when I don't check LJ for a month! Congratulations!!! I remember that first trimester fatigue oh so fondly, and am happy for you that it's over. Enjoy the second trimester - it's definitely the most fun!
