We got an offer on the house today.

I think - I think this means, pending something horrible, like the sudden and very recent incursion of some sort of nasty pest, like termites (which were not present in the 2007 inspection), that this is For Real.  And once we finish price and term haggling, that it will be a Done Deal.  And we will walk away sad
