I know the GF grill is old as grit but I just aquired one for nothing. What can I do with it besides grilling a big hunk of meat? Anything good? Anything really cool?
I can plug search terms into Google, and I intend to, but first I wanted to see what the discerning palates of the FP denizens had to say about it.

Ever since I saw the goddess of cooking (to me, anyway), Nigella Lawson, fry up some Halloumi cheese, I've wanted to try it. I just couldn't get my head around why it wouldn't just melt into a puddle in the center of the pan...so I tried it. turns out the cheese is pretty sturdy, and holds its shape well in a frying pan.
