No Bake Thin Mint Truffles

I'm just going to cut right to the chase. These truffles are simply AMAZING! They're really easy to make and take hardly any time at all, plus, they only require three ingredients! I used Thin Mints, but if you don't have them, you can certainly sub Keebler Grasshoppers or the cookie of your choice.

No Thin Mints or Keebler Grasshoppers in my country :( Can you suggest any other brand, or the type of the cookies needed?

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with what's available in other countries. If you have any thin, crunchy, chocolate and mint flavored cookies, that's what you'd want to go with. The recipe will also work well with Oreos or any other sandwich cookies, and I'm planning on trying it with chocolate chip cookies, as well. Hope this helps!

these look incredible, I'm in Australia, and we have thin mints that are chocolate coated chocolate biscuits with a layer of peppermint cream, so I'm assuming they wouldn't be what you are talking about. I'd probably use Chocolate Ripples, and experiment with flavourings. I'm thinking alcoholic flavourings would make these quite indulgent *g*
