Hello, this is my first post here. :) I found this recipe on www.allrecipes.com last year. I made it for New Years last year and it was delish!
My boy friend requested that I make it again.

This is what it looks like when you take it out of the oven. mmmmm

this brings back memories of my childhood as this was a donner we had often

add bread dumplings and it is a tasty tasty dinner indead!

This sounds delicious! I'm surprised that you placed the fat down rather than up, though. Do you know why, or what would be different if you placed it fat-side up?
