A couple weeks ago I went to Kuma's Korner for a Lair of the Minotaur burger. Burger, pancetta, hunk of brie cheese, and bourbon soaked pears on a pretzel roll. Now that's a good use for brie!

Also the wait can be up to 3 hrs for a table bc it's really just a bar with a few tables stuck in there. But the food was soooo good! I was also really tempted by the Led Zepplin!
