I always pity being too far away from the coast to get fresh oysters or I'd try those. I don't particularly like them raw but the cooked ones I had were lovely.

I'm sorry. I forgot to include one photo. The oysters are from a can. They of course are not as great as fresh ones (I live in Massachusetts), but they are still a great inexpensive option.
