I've never posted here before. Mostly because I think most of you must be photographers who like to cook. My pictures never look as good as any I see on here. We do have bad lighting in our house though so I'm blaming that.

Really, I want that risotto. It sounds lovely, and don't be so hard on yourself. Risotto is difficult to photograph and have look appetizing, and you did a better job than I would have. :)

I know what you mean about being intimidated by the quality of the photographs in this forum. I've got a wonderful recipe that I'd love to share, but my photographic skills are in the low numbers. :-)
