Zombie Cupcakes

My wife and I made some last-minute cupcakes for one of her coworkers the other night, and I thought I'd share. They're red velvet vegan cupcakes (the recipe is from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World), but they certainly didn't taste granola. They were topped with a chocolate "butter" cream frosting, and fondant decorations.
