Epicurious.com is great. I really like that ordinary folks (not famous chefs) write reviews after they try the recipes, and pass along tips.

Giada DeLaurentis' recipes are usually very easy to prepare, and taste great. You can find several of them at foodtv.com.

I also highly recommend Nigella Lawson's cookbooks, although some of her recipes are a little more high maintenance than others.

I am addicted to allrecipes.com! It's really easy to search by type of food and ingredient, and they have tons of collections. The cool thing is that users can leave feedback on the recipes and they often provide good advice on how to improve it or modify it. They also have basic nutritional information for all the recipes and even have a grocery list option where you can add the recipes you are preparing and they'll turn it into a nice little list for you :)

I spend entirely too much time there.
