I just bought a pretty large thing of hummus at Sam's Club.
Apart from dipping Pita chips in it, which I could happily do until it's gone, how else can I eat it? In which dishes? Does it work as a spread for, say, a pita sandwich with grilled chicken?
Any suggestions would be awesome.
Thanks!

I also loved it in a pita sandwich with home made cole slaw. Mmmm!

Yumm!
It also works well if you dip onion rings, and carrot sticks.

a hummus and chicken sammie with tomatoes, cuke, and yogurt (i'd suggest the greek style) on pita would be yummy...and gives *me* an idea for this week....
