I decided that I wanted to enjoy my food with all of my senses. I wanted to make food an activity. I like my food to look as good as it tastes, and taste as good as it looks.
I'm glad you like the photos. I like 'em too, thats why I take them. I'm one of those people that owns cookbooks just for the photos. hehe..
Oh, and pasta-- capellini preferably, with a little olive oil or melted butter, minced garlic or garlic powder, parmesan cheese and a big squirt of lemon juice.
Pasta with some garlic cloves and pine nuts sautéed in a generous helping of extra virgin olive oil and generic Italian seasoning. Mix it all together and add a sprinkling of fresh Parmesan on top. Mmmm.
