Holy yum!!! A friend of mine has relatives in Louisiana who hunt deer, and sometimes when he visits he gets to bring back some of the spoils. Oh, man, one of my favorite meals of all time was a rosemary venison roast that he made. That was a good 8 years ago or so and I can still taste it. Sadly, I've asked him to make it again and he doesn't at all remember what he did. Man, it was yummy! *drools*
