Curried Garbanzo Beans

So, the chickpea recipe earlier today looked so good, but alas, it helps if you have over half the ingredients. I went looking around, and found another recipe, and I had everything except for the tomato. I had too much fun making it, so here it is.

Thanks! That's just what I had in mind when I bought too many cans of garbanzos! Like you, I was missing several of the ingredients for the other recipe, and the only thing I'm missing for this is the cilantro, which I don't like anyway.

And I have several yellow hued spatulas and serving spoons, including a dark blue ladle that turned green when I made pickles using lots of turmeric and ladled them into jars with it. It's the badge of a curry eater - display them proudly!

Looks great. And yeah-- my spatulas are yella too. haha
