I'm looking for a recipe for either lobster or crab bisque that is yummy yet somewhat easy to make. I'd prefer not to have to make my own stock

my recipe isn't very porny...myselftheliarJanuary 3 2006, 03:27:47 UTC
...but it is easy and you don't have to make stock.
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 1/4 cups milk 1 1/4 cups crabmeat (to be honest, I've only ever used imitation crabmeat so I can only assume it'd be MORE delicious with real crab) salt to taste ground black pepper to taste 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Mix everything in a pot. Stir until heated through, but don't let it boil. The end.
serves fourish. or two people who are hungry, or with leftovers.
